About this notice
Effective date: October 19, 2026. God Seven Foundation Corp operates the Worship Miami website. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the website, contact us or request event updates. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@worshipmiami.org.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and type of inquiry. Organization and message are optional. You may separately choose to receive event updates. Please do not include financial details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to receive and respond to your inquiry, coordinate requested participation and maintain the relationship you request. We send event updates only when you expressly opt in. A general inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages.
Hosting, security and email
Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security services. Technical information, including IP addresses and request information, may be processed to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Form submissions are sent to our designated email inbox. Google Gmail processes correspondence to deliver and manage messages. We are configuring Resend for automatic acknowledgements; if enabled, it will process your first name, email address and form language to deliver that response. The website does not maintain a separate public directory of contacts or publish your submissions.
Cookies and external links
We do not install advertising trackers or visitor analytics in this version of the website, and we do not use the contact form for targeted advertising. Our infrastructure providers may use technical security mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the service. Fonts and media are served with the website. Social media and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and sharing
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry, maintain the requested relationship and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. We do not sell contact information or provide it to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
Your choices and requests
You may contact info@worshipmiami.org to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or to withdraw an update request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law. To stop event updates, use any unsubscribe method supplied in the message or reply with “unsubscribe”. Withdrawing an update request does not prevent us from responding to an inquiry you initiate.
Children and families
The event welcomes families, but this website’s contact channels are intended for adults. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its removal.
Testimonies, photographs and publication permissions
A contact inquiry does not authorize us to publish your name, testimony, photograph or other submitted material. If we request content for public use, we will explain the intended purpose and obtain any necessary separate permission, including guardian authorization where applicable. Concept images generated with AI do not depict actual attendees.
Processing locations and applicable rights
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We use service providers for the purposes described here. Your rights depend on applicable law; we do not ask you to waive mandatory privacy rights. Contact us with a request or accessibility concern, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or email service can be guaranteed secure.
